I have always resisted buying things like this because they’ve always seemed a little expensive, saving money for other things. But I finally bit the bullet and I wish I had done so earlier. This makes the process of getting your sifted tea into your chaire/caddy so much smoother. It has already saved me from a small cat-bump that would have cost me a little matcha without it. If you can afford it, don’t be like me and give it a try.
